When your order will ship:

Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM central time are shipped the following business day. We will contact you by email or phone number submitted if your order is on backorder or is sold out.

*Please be aware that shipping delays may occur with our carrier services during the holiday season and/or on national/public holidays.

Shipping Method:

-Our standard shipping methods are UPS and USPS.

-PO Box addresses are sent via Priority Mail.

Return Policy

We hope, of course, that you'll be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, we make it easy - whether you return the merchandise to our store or back to www.subfurn.com.

Easy Returns to www.subfurn.com

You may return product for any reason within 7 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise refund via your original form of payment.

Please return merchandise unused, in the original packaging, with the original shipping invoice.
Complete the Return Form included with the invoice and include it with the item for return.
It may take up to 14 days to process your return and credit your original form of tender.
Please note: shipping charges are not credited on your return.
